Weebly has no control over what people create or use on their website allowing scammers, retirees and people to target who are already struggling to make ends meet. This company should be investigated by the FBI for dealings with this website and its developers. BE CAREFUL when receiving contacts from users of this website.

terrible, trustworthy and untrustworthy

hides so much vital information that can really hurt and destroy your business. If you have more than one shipping method (e.g. small or medium boxes with USPS Priority Mail), you will need to pay $80 PER MONTH to allocate those boxes to specific items. THIS IS A SCAM. and completely ruined the hundreds I've spent printing my flyers to share my business because now I can't even DELIVER MY WEEBLY SET PROPERLY.

Worst website builder

This whole app never works. It doesn't get much better online. You can't change your site and it's been horrible since the takeover. Now I'm thinking about replacing them all together for my two websites. Nothing but a headache. Layouts are super basic and ugly, customizations are crap and nothing changes like it should. Paying and upgrading doesn't change or help anything except remove the ads. I still had to contact customer service several times before the issue was resolved. just delete account

. I had to contact customer service to delete my account because they didn't allow me to delete my account. considered normal. A very long process for something that should be easy. They give false information on how to delete accounts on the support page.

It's also worth noting that they're one of those stupid companies that don't actually "delete" your account, but rather "erase your data from the system," meaning they still keep all your data in a secret box somewhere that nowadays likely to be hacked if we know the track record of these tech companies. I regret registering on this site because I have never used it.

years and it's one of my favorite website building tools. It's so easy to use and the drag and drop editor makes it easy to create a website that looks exactly how you want it.

I really like how the system allows you to easily download content from other places on the internet such as B. YouTube videos or Google Drive files. This is great because I can always be sure that everything on my site is up to date and adding new content is very quick and easy.

Overall, I definitely recommend Weebly as a great place to start for anyone looking to build a website!

Weebly is the absolute worst. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

Weebly is a terrible company with little ability, if any, to resolve your issues in a timely manner, and you spend months of your time fixing their abysmal to non-existent customer support without tracking any real issues and starting over with new donors. Sometimes they fail to take things seriously or follow them later. I would recommend everyone to invest their precious time and money elsewhere.

2022 at all helps having to do a square count and apps are a jumble of innovation. I switched to Shopify and Shopify is way better. They only bought it to get rid of a competitor and force them to create Square accounts. It's a crappy business decision and I will never endorse it or use Square again.

Square Killed Weebly

started out as a cool website builder + maintenance option until Square launched it. They bought it just to knock out a competitor and try to drive their customers to their own online shopping platform and just gave up.

I can't do it on this damn platform. My client chose Weebly for his very basic website, I think because it's very cheap. Every time I try to make a correction, the whole page crumples. I spent six hours solving two small problems. And when I search for solutions online I find articles from 2016-2017 about the exact problem that was NEVER solved.

DO NOT contact me. Invest a few bucks in your platform instead.

Impossible to control how the Telekom version of the app looks

It's really hard to control how the Telekom version of the website works on the web, because you can't change anything. We can just install the portable version and "hope" that the telecom version is ok. When I asked the Weebly support team how to change the font size of the Telekom version to make it smaller and look reasonable, they suggested I put a long code in the parameter. I have no idea how you do it. I'm not happy about the lack of this basic control when designing my own website, especially after paying for their service!

Weebly support completely ignores the questions, they answer what they want to answer which sometimes has nothing to do with your version , They give directions for alternatives that don't exist, and repeat irrelevant directions they've previously given

Good luck!

I've had a very positive experience with Weebly - as a hobbyist, I found it easy to create a professional-looking website. When I was having trouble connecting my domain, I turned to the live chat feature for help. I'll admit I started talking to an automated support bot which was annoying but when I asked to speak to a human I was connected within 2-3 minutes, they were very helpful and solved my problem immediately. Can't ask for more, very satisfied customers.

I've been using Weebly for years and for the first time I have a simple question: I need help. I need a domain name that I own that contains dots that can be moved from one site to another every week. I have both. The feature doesn't work on my dashboard.

Weebly only responds when you post to their Facebook page. If they answer, they are not helpful. It took hours and hours of my time and I'm still gone.

It's much worse.

I've been working for about three years. Your customer service has been excellent in the past.

I haven't been able to access my account lately. I have many accounts with others and I know how to solve technical problems. This is by far the worst site I've ever seen - just for the sign up! I don't think they will contact me again.

Why did they destroy a good part of me? You deserve to fail. I go to Wix.

PRO site PRO site

owner for 9 years: I own: The service used to be fair but now I'm not. I can't even change my payment method. We have tried all of their standard written instructions but there is no solution and no one to turn to. Especially unacceptable for dealers. Go somewhere else, I am.

UPDATE: Weebly has been acquired by Square and offers a variety of options.

NO customer support if you need help

No customer support whatsoever! I agree with others that it used to be good but now it's gone. They made it almost impossible to contact them and when I finally found a way to email them - a week and a half ago for an urgent matter - they didn't even reply. They think they will destroy their business.

Absolutely terrible service, disregard the cost

Absolutely terrible service. We paid for a service that you failed to perform. Our website was printed on our stationery and published on our social media. They didn't give us a website and customers commented on it. You cost us money and now you don't even want to answer us. We have asked you to release your domain name and refund the money we paid for the service you failed to provide and you are refusing to reply.

Disgusting service to say the least.

I would definitely not recommend it at this point.

This is by far one of the worst website builders, the support is terrible even with Pro Subscription. Weebly is outdated, apps are junk. SEO is terrible. No improvement for years. Don't waste your time and money with Weebly.

Terrible customer service and very...

Terrible customer service and a very outdated product which is not user friendly and has many features not available to UK users.

I've been using them for years and have had problems with my website. When I tried to contact support I found that they had suspended support for UK customers without warning. don't use Try Web Ador, they seem to be much better.

Weebly used to be the best

Weebly used to be the best. There were some bugs in the drag and drop editor, but it was easy. Then Square bought it and it was wasted. Aside from the now outdated FAQ, it's impossible to get help. Themes became deprecated and Square started integrating each feature more, like B. Subscriptions and Marketing Tools. The old sense of community is gone. I would/will move my sites, but it's hard to recover from this ~25% loss of experience.

Weebly is terrible

Our experience with Weebly Jem was terrible. It's a colossal waste of time. They don't help or stand by their questionable products. They drop the ball, they blame each other and in the end they don't care.

This is a warning. Do not do business with this company or this area. Both must be AI. I have never communicated with a human. Not once.

save your money Time. Energy. Reason. Call.

No Refunds

. The tested site is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Paid professional web package, retrieval after two days. Two weeks later and 4 emails since and still no reply. I wouldn't pay unless you are sure you want the service and realize they don't have customer service.

I've been working with support now...

I've been working with support now for the last 90 minutes which has been transferred to 3 different people. None of them know what they are doing. I have to repeat and spell my email address for them several times and they still can't access my account. Even if I do it phonetically.

Hire smarter people who are tech savvy.

Updating now, they interrupted my call. after almost 2 hours on the phone

Banned longest without WARNING. you lose everything

After having my site with them for over 6 years, they immediately banned me without warning for violating the terms. No notification. There is no way I can dispute that. WTF?

Zero stars if I could. But what do you expect from a Jack-Dorsey owned company...


You risk losing everything.

No warning.

And yes, I agree.

Customer service is excruciatingly slow.

Rude and terrible

customer service Bought two services, didn't like them, I requested a refund, got a refund and then got the same amount back to my account. When I sent the bank statement as requested, they told me I couldn't read my own bank statement and they hadn't withdrawn the money, despite noticing an obvious drop in the balance. The representative spoke to me like I was stupid and not trying to fix the problem.

Slow response to emergencies

. I contacted them on April 6th to ask about a reseller account, and after weeks of silence, with no emails back and forth with their Twitter account, they finally came up with a one-sentence answer: program reseller is ready.

Why did it take almost a month to make this simple statement? ! What a complete and colossal waste of time. Don't expect quick answers from you if your problem is urgent.

Terrible Terrible customer service. Wait forever and they won't be able to help you anymore. Phone support is now in Honduras and they hardly speak English. When you finally log in, waste your time and then redirect to Tier 2 who promise to contact you via email. One of the guarantees in life is that you will never receive an email from Tier 2.

Really bad Tons of ridiculously stupid mistakes that make life miserable for the seller and nobody ever bothers to fix them to fix. Contact customer service and they will take you 4 days to fix it and they won't help you anyway. I'm amazed how this company is still around business

Weebly is a fiasco. I've been trying a paid plan to "merge" the Weebly interface since 2013. with the Square Store. Ok, maybe this should work, but it doesn't. There are endless problems with products that don't charge for shipping when they should and charge for shipping when they shouldn't. Ten months of contact with their customer service (ie, bullish customer service) has yielded nothing. Stay away from Weebly. When I have time to rebuild my website on the new platform I will change it, but be careful, you will miss Weebly; Find something better if you start now.

Don't waste your time or money

Don't waste your time and money especially when you are abroad. They don't even offer you chat/call support for any of the subscriptions when you're abroad and they never tell you that, not even on the sales page. I bought a PRO subscription and need to use email to contact me just like the free account.

Don't trust online reviews, they only want your recommendations.

Lost all 301 redirects. No Support

While easy to use if something goes wrong, getting in-depth help locating someone is almost impossible.

We just mysteriously lost our SEO, 301 redirects, and header and footer coding and nobody seems to be able to help us recover them.

We now have old links where we set up redirects ending in 404.

After all, we've been through this time, now this.

I've been working with Weebly for over 10 years now and the update options are getting slower and slower, as is the support.

We're sorry.
