  F-SAD has worked with Weebly.com for many years, but Post Covid is unable to recover the account now as it manages or owns Square. I sent evidence that they were still acting stupid and my account appeared to be reset after three weeks. Yes, 3 weeks. If I run this business, I'll sue them. They are no longer the same company, I think the reason is that they cannot access the credentials. I sent them the same email they thought was inconsistent with the website and had to send them a screenshot of my own WOW page. It's an F and a sign that it is lost, not insured, or it contains my account information. Such negligence will result in you going bankrupt. ! ! ! New day, new host for everyone! ! !

that Weebly has been using it for years. My website needs to be visited by people from all over the world. I recently learned that more people are not being able to access my website. Weebly stated that people in certain countries cannot access the Weebly website! Since then, I've found that most of these countries are developing countries where Weebly is addressing security risks. Now using Weebly is useless to me because too many people in the world cannot access my website. If your website needs to be accessible from anywhere in the world, avoid using Weebly.

Slow response to urgent questions.

They were contacted on June 6th to inquire about the seller's account. After weeks of silence, her Twitter account did not respond to emails. It's everywhere and can finally afford the one-piece answer: the dealer plan is full.

Why did it take me almost a month to make this simple statement? ! What a total and enormous waste of time. If your question is urgent, don't expect a timely answer.

I canceled and transferred the Weebly website. Use Shopify instead. Weebly's customer service is terrible. The waiting time is sometimes an hour and then the person sends you back or apparently cannot save himself.

Worse still, after I closed my account, they emailed me to bill me. I called and sat down and waited to be told they had no evidence that I had given up a few months ago. Again, I went through the entire cancellation process and asked for a confirmation email. Weebly is not worth using due to poor customer service.

I was told to buy a refund from the third party payment service I used (Google) as Weebly does not have the right to reverse the transaction. Then Google told me to contact the developer (Weebly). AVOID WEEBLY !!!!!

If you have a website, Weebly is easy to use. Slightly more expensive compared to other similar services. Limited functions and models. I cannot refund the purchase price to my bank as I cannot dispute the charge through Weebly, but only through a third-party payment service. Basically, I am not fortunate enough to get a refund on a Weebly hosting plan that I have never used before. All I want is my money, and now I am not recommending Weebly to anyone. Especially when you need unlimited hosting from multiple websites. Weebly is great for e-commerce, but you can find better deals elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible desire to be able to give negative stars - in my opinion I doubt all positive reviews on the internet of course. There is no online or phone support - none yet. None of my websites are open. Weebly continues to charge exorbitant fees for the website. No phone contacts are used for billing

only online contacts with Security Concerns about where the company is located, how it works are education and staff - they seem to have my credit card rte and were able to contact me without contacting me or sending me credit. their services while remembering emails to conduct seemingly fraudulent transactions. This prevents others from contacting them over the phone, which can be more expensive and fairer

Weebly doesn't exist Weebly

doesn't allow its people to help their people. You cannot change the monthly service from 30.00 to 10.00. They send you "Ask an Expert", you have to pay him, he may not be able to help you anyway! I've already done that, but haven't found anything. I have no support trying to configure email with my domain. There is no customer service that can change my choice ... no one ... only QUARTS recommends me to others to help me with payment. Square really changed this network provider. I am disappointed and need help.

Familiar with an increasingly broken product and slow year-round price increases that were unusual during the boom, we switched to WordPress like everyone else.

I charged my credit card after opening my account

. In November 2020, I contacted a customer service representative and asked them to cancel my account instead of renewing it. In December 2020, I received an email stating that my account had been restored and my credit card charged. I tried to contact Weebly and confirm that my account was canceled but soon found that I couldn't contact them because I no longer have an account. There's no email, phone number, or chat functionality that I can access without an account. I received the refund within a week and believe the problem has been resolved.

The card that was once linked to my account was canceled a few weeks ago. This turned out to be very good as I received an email from Weebly last night stating that my account cannot be recovered as my credit card is not accepting these charges. This company tried illegally charging my credit card for accounts I no longer have and I cannot contact you about this. It is ridiculous! Without the eight-digit PIN, I can't even call them, and the only way to get it is by logging into an account I don't have.

Don't waste your time or money

Don't waste your time or money, especially when you are abroad. When you are overseas, they don't provide chat / phone support through subscription or tell you on the sales page. I am a PRO subscriber and need to contact me via email, just like with a free account.

Don't be fooled by online reviews, they just need your recommendation.

Weebly FUBARed Square.

It was a great platform. Then Square bought Weebly and completely messed up the system! We have paid for the Weebly Performance Sitemap and can no longer access our website. After almost two weeks of searching for services, we finally got the answer. I called as instructed. After their system cut me and had to call me again, they told me I needed to create and use a different email address to "fix" the problem they were causing. I declined because they didn't want to intimidate me, because I had to follow the email as the problem they were causing and I didn't want to solve it, so my "colleagues" were delayed!

Like previous reviewers, our organization has found that even as a potential new customer, Weebly stopped responding to emails updating our plans after 21 years. Day. Out of the ordinary. We'll give them another day and (one) email before we export our free website through the Weebly-to-Wordpress app. The only reason for a score above zero is that you can take your website elsewhere.

Update: Reading dozen of similar comments below convinced me: I don't care.

I have been afor many years without any problems. In fact, I really like their work. But now that has changed. I recently upgraded my service to an online store and everything is going downhill. Trying to reach out to customer service is a nightmare. I sent 5 emails saying I needed help but I didn't reply to any emails. I am even more disappointed and disappointed. If you are thinking of improving your service think twice as obviously this is more about raising money than providing great customer service.

how Weebly makes a living, how it runs its business, is a mystery. You are very bad! It will be a compliment for what you did wrong!

I pay $ 29.00 / about 6 months. I'm trying to log into my account today. impossible! Try asking Weebly for help. impossible! There is no phone number to call. Do not know how to get help!

I ask you how does a three star Google company do business? Is the situation so bad that you have to accept such a badly run business? Their business model is to charge $ 30 a month and then they tell you to do it yourself!

They don't providesupport or customer service. And I am a paid user! Wait 3-5 days if you get any response from them at all

. Without support, companies cannot do business, and they can actually cost your business.

There has been no customer service or tech support in the four years since Square bought Weebly. A lack of willpower can lead to extreme anxiety. I am currently looking for another platform to host my website.

They billed me for apps that I didn't want. They are not easy to contact and when I contacted them I received no response. Ultimately, when I tried several times, the response I got was that they would not refund the money as they have for a long time. Bad management and complicated billing practices for unwanted products cost $ 162!

Cannot Get a Refund!

I've been a Weebly customer for two hours. Of course, although they have a 30-day cancellation period, I cannot contact anyone to comply with them. I quit through their various contacts and now I don't have an account so I can't even complain. I don't have an account and haven't received a refund. I have now filed a dispute about PayPal. customer service is terrible Weebly customer service is terrible. When you have a problem, you can't get it. I've never seen anything like it.

When I paid the upgrade fee, my website did not update properly. I tried chatting with real-time customer service but all I got was an automatic message suggesting that I read articles unrelated to my problem. I asked to speak to this person, but their automatic replies kept suggesting irrelevant articles. I tried calling their customer support number. They claim the waiting time is longer than usual. I strongly doubt it. After deciding to wait anyway, they let me down! I am a paying user! I'm looking for a way to email them. I couldn't find her email address in my entire life. It's almost impossible to talk to real people about Weebly. I don't have time for this, but I think I need to find another company to run my website.

My Weebly account was hacked. We should be sporadic because I kept trying to sort them out ... but as many other reviewers have said, endorsing Weebly is worse than pulling a tooth out. You are terrible. Do yourself a favor and use another platform to build your website. Don't use their Square partners to support the business. Use PayPal or Cell or whatever, but Weebly and other companies are not supported. They can worry less about their customers. Period!

My domain isn't auto-renewing through Weebly on October 7th - I can't see any obvious reason. The card has been updated and the payment has not been declined. No reminder: the website has closed and the email has stopped.

So I signed up and tried to pay - the message "You cannot renew this service" appeared. That's all, no explanation. Now I have to wait for your notoriously slow email response to my request for help. It sure is a joke.
